Crispy Corn Chaat | BBQ Nation Crispy Corn Recipe

When a Non-veg lover requests a vegetarian starter, that too from Barbequenation – means it’s worth it !

Infact found one video on Pinterest from Whiskaffair and I tried to replicate this over the weekend, with some changes and it did taste totally yumm.

1. Mix some cornstarch + flour + salt + pepper with the boiled corn
2. Mix about 2 tbsp of water to make the flour stick to corn.
3. Deep fry the corn – cover it after you put it, to avoid popping it on you.
